1. Who we are

This website (the "Site") is operated by Lypso Software FZCO, a Free Zone Company registered in the United Arab Emirates under licence no. 92217 issued by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (IFZA), with its registered office at IFZA Business Park, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, PO Box 342001, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Lypso Software", "we", "us", "our").

2. What these terms cover

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Site. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Our software products are provided to business customers under separate written agreements (each a "Customer Agreement"). Where a Customer Agreement applies, it governs the use of the relevant product, and these Terms of Use govern the Site only.

3. Business use only

The Site is intended for businesses and professionals interested in our products and for partners, payment providers and regulators carrying out due diligence on our company. We do not offer consumer services through the Site.

4. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation, or the Acceptable Use Policy;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the servers on which it is hosted, or any connected system;
  • introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material;
  • scrape, harvest or copy content from the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos and software, are owned by or licensed to Lypso Software FZCO and are protected by intellectual property laws. "Lypso Software" and the Lypso logo are trade names and marks of Lypso Software FZCO. You may view and print pages of the Site for your own reference. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

6. Information on the Site

The content of the Site is provided for general information about our company and products. It does not constitute an offer, professional advice or a contractual commitment. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or omissions.

7. Links to other websites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over those websites and accept no responsibility for their content or their treatment of your personal data.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai as applied in the Dubai Silicon Oasis free zone. The courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site or these terms, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
